Laurent Agostino is a content creator who shares his daily life with EDMD – Emery-Dreifuss Muscular Dystrophy, a rare genetic disease. Through honest and authentic storytelling, he raises awareness about living with a rare condition, breaks down misconceptions, and gives his community real insight into the challenges and strengths that shape his everyday life. In addition to his online content, Laurent also gives presentations to educate audiences about EDMD and rare diseases, helping foster understanding and inclusion.

Beyond advocacy, Laurent is a passionate gamer. During the COVID pandemic, he and his friends launched Merspillenzesummen, a streaming initiative built around community, positivity, and the shared love of gaming. Today, he combines awareness work and gaming culture — proving that resilience, community, and passion can go hand in hand.
